Shipping policy

Motivo Motoring aims to deliver your parts swiftly. Products in stock are shipped via USPS & UPS from our new fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio, and typically arrive within 1-5 business days across the U.S. For international orders, expect delivery within 7-21 business days. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and for the tracking number to be updated. 

Custom-made products, such as steering wheels, hood and trunk replacements, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, select spoilers, and mirror caps, require longer processing times, typically 1-3 weeks, followed by an additional 1-3 weeks for shipping. Items that are out of stock will need 2-3 weeks for processing, plus the usual shipping timeframe. Products that are out of stock do not show a quantity count on the product page. For international shipments, please be aware that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
